Changed theme, it's all gone wrong

I was trying to have a look at some different themes for my website, but now the website text has all changed and I just want to get it back to how it was before. Please help!

Hi, I noticed you changed themes and also trashed some pages.
I’d recommend heading to https://wordpress.com/pages/trashed to see if the one you’re missing is there. Try restoring them, then viewing them. You can always trash again if needed.
You can also go to wordpress.com/pages to view the pages there — are any of those the one you preferred for your front page? If so, go to Customize > Front Page and select that page.

Just as one note too, with our newer themes that come with their own front page layouts, sometimes changing to one of those will set your old front page as a draft. If that happens, you can find it at https://wordpress.com/pages/drafts .
