Changed Themes And Menu Order Reversed. Reads Right To Left

  I changed from Chateau Theme to Chunk at MadellynJamesPR. wordpress.com The Custom Menu order reversed. I have tried all of the support fixes for Chunk theme and it doesn’t correct the problem. Since I like the theme so muchI tried it with a new blog pubinc,wordpress.com, but I cannot get the menu to read left to right there either. Can someone please help? Ultimately, I will be using the PubInc address so if it is easier to guide me there, it’s easy to transfer the pages. However, I am mystified as to why Chunk and others themes reversed the menu order. I’m very grateful for any guidance.

  You can set the order of the items that appear any custom menu.

  Thanks, but I’ve tried that with both sites and Chunk Theme. I love that theme for the effect it creates, but I can’t get it to reverse to the correct left to right order

  In fact, I tried different themes on the newer site, pubinc.wordpress.com and the order read from left to right, so it seems to be theme related.

  It read correctly with the orignal theme, which was Chateau

  Custom Menu Troubleshooting – My pages are in the wrong order
  Check the sub-pages themselves to see if you have established a Parent page and child page “hierarchical structure” in the page attributes module. Remove if required. Also remove any “order” numbers you have assigned that may conflict with the order you are creating by dropping and dragging. Or simply change them so they are the same order as you establish in the menu. Establish consistency – problem solved.

  I appreciate what you are saying, thank you, but that did not solved the problem when I tried that earlier.

  Menu works on some themes correctly and some in reverse order.

  Believe I read that if theme doesn’t load correctly, empty cache and cookies, but it’s incorrect on three different browsers.

  Any other thoughts?

  Please edit the pages and take close look at the Page Attributes module. The Page Attributes module allows you to set page parents and templates, and to change the order of your pages.

  I tried changing the order through custom menus, as well as page attributes and the order simply won’t reverse.

  Shouldn’t themes with Custom Menus all load the same way?
