Changed to a static front page… will this affect blog stats/rss?

    Hello,

I have recently changed my blog http://heiressflowers.com to a static front page and have moved the blog posts to a separate page (“/blog”).

Since doing so I have noticed less traffic and comments and I was wondering if I have somehow affected the rss feed for my readers? Would I need to re-direct them somehow? If anyone could explain or help it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This is not something that affects your RSS readers, who do not show up on the stats anyway. Changing to a static front page vastly decreases your search engine optimization. You don’t need to do anything except decide if it’s really worth it to you to have the static front page.

Thank you for your response. I’ll have to consider how much value having a static front page is giving me. Thanks again!
