Changed URL
-
I changed the URL on my blog from http://www.pastoronpoint.com to http://www.undiverted.org. Since completing that action, my blog has been completely unaccessible. I don’t know what I did. I can’t even login to change it back. Please help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, to map a domain you already own to a site hosted here at WordPress.com, you will need the WordPress.com Personal, Premium, or Business plan, which all include Domain Mapping. There is more information here.

I was already using a personal URL. I don’t really understand what you are trying to tell me. I have a wordpress account. I had a blog on it with a domain name that I own, and now I want to change that name. Why would I need to upgrade from what I already had?

Further, I can’t even login to the page anymore to change the URL back so that I can work on it. I need technical support to access the page to login. Is there a contact for that… or is it all handled on the forum?

Hi there,
It appears your site is not actually hosted with us on WordPress.com, so we’re not able to help with this.
It sounds like you did not follow the process outlined in the documentation for the open source WordPress software you are using, here:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL
You can try using that info to fix this yourself, else you will likely need to contact support at your hosting provider so they can help you fix this via your hosting control panel with them.
