changed URL and can´t login

  I acidentally changed my URL and now I can´t login!
  Does anyone know how to solve this or delite the URL?

  I have tried to reach the database through phpmyadmin, but after downloading I only get a mapp witg phpmyadmin and alot of text documents. I shall also add that i have a Mac and that my wordpress webbsite originally was created from my old PC that does not work now. So i don´t have the originally program/files from witch the wordpress URL was created. Can anyone help me with how to login or how to deleite the URL so I can start over?!?
