changed URL and now nothing works

    Hello!
    I changed my url from jessicastake.com to jessicabarrington.com just a few minutes ago. Now, if i try to edit or even get on my site, my computer says it can’t access the server. I tried the jetpack troubleshooting thing that was suggested and that didn’t work either. I haven’t published the site yet and have been working on my theme every so often, and i’m willing to start over, i just need to be able to actually work on it.

    Hi there:

    You’ve posted to the free support forums for websites hosted here at WordPress.com. Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

    If you changed your URL under Settings -> General without purchasing and configuring the domain with your current hosting provider first, you would have broken your site.

    You should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix this problem with your site URL.
