changed url and now ‘oops! that page can’t be found’
-
I changed my free wordpress site url and saved it. now the site won’t load unless I am looged into my account. It still looks the same from within the account, but from any other browser or device it won’t load. only the title & tagline show up, nothing else loads…
Any guidance would be much appreciated, thanks!

Hello there,
Hope all is well with you!
Thank you for reaching out to us about your WordPress.com site. I am happy to help!
I understand that you had changed your WordPress.com site URL and now the site will not load up unless you are logged into your account.
I have checked your site, and it shows the ‘Oops! That page can’t be found’ message.
I would like to recommend that you try the steps below:
1. Please check your site’s Privacy Settings. To do so on your Dashboard, go to Settings > General > Privacy. From there ensure that Public is selected. Here is the link for more information on Privacy Settings.
2. Check your Page Privacy Settings. On your Dashboard, got to Pages, then open the Page that has your content and on the Page Settings (on the right panel of your page) go to Status and Visibility. Ensure that Post Visibility is set to Public, visible to everyone.
Here is the link for more information on Post and Page Visibility.
We look forward to getting you back on track and please do let us know if you have any additional questions.
Stay safe.
