Changed URL and old metadescription comes up in source code and search engines

I changed my URL from http://www.workplacesuccesscoaching.com to http://www.thecoachingcupboard.com. I revised all the content. In the search engines the correct title comes up, The Coaching Cupboard, but the description for the old site shows up. I am using All in One SEO pak, and I have optimized with a new title, description, and keywords, but the old stuff show up in the source code. What am I doing wrong?
