Changed URL and username, now new URL that was offered has been deleted

  Hello,

  I logged into my WordPress account and found an old blog which I didn’t need. I opted to delete it, and to change my username to the new blog name I want to use. Once I did this, I wasn’t taken to the new blog, so I typed in the address manually and was told that the new blog, which WordPress offered to create, has been deleted.

  I am having the same problem described here: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/unknowingly-changed-url-of-deleted-blog-have-i-now-lost-desired-url?replies=2

  The address I tried to create is oldhousenewstyle.wordpress.com.

  Can anyone help?

  oldhousenewstyle.wordpress.com is no longer available.

  The authors have deleted this site.

  Addresses (URLs) for blogs that have been deleted by the owner will remain deleted. We cannot, under any circumstances, allow someone to take over the address of a blog that was owned and deleted by its original/previous owner. Please do not submit support requests asking us to do this.
