Changed url and wordpress account now cant log in?

  i changed my wordress address from example.ie/wordpress to example.ie. now i cant log in or access my site?
  any help?

  The vague example stuff does not cut it here. It leads to confusion and wrong answers. We need to know the actual username accounts and the actual URLs involved in order to provide accurate assistance. Post them now please.
