changed url site down

  I attempted to change our Word Press url address and now the whole site is down and inaccessible. it was originally browardbutterfies.org/wpb. The Domain name is hosted with Site5. There are no ftp files i do not see the backup in Jet pack. Or dont know how to access them.

  Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you have trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Site5.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites hosted on our servers.
