changed url…now 404 not found…

  Hey, so i just went to change the url of my site from http://groundedmedianetwork.com/wordpress
  to
  http://groundedmedianetwork.com

  And now i get a 404 error when trying to get on the site and dashboard…how do i undo this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  those sites are not free hosted WordPress.COM blogs. You are posting to the wrong support forum to get help.

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.org bloggers.
