Changed user credentials
-
I recently had to change my credentials for my WordPress account. I run a website that needs to be accessed by multiple people, and because I was not an administrator and unable to add people, I just decided to change the login information and give it to my group.
I changed the email, and user handle and passwords. I thought all of the sites that I had (there was 3) would transfer with it because I was only changing basic stuff.
Now, when I log in with the new credentials, it does not have my site listed and will not let me edit it.
My previous account no longer exists so I am not able to access my site from there. I am no longer in contact with the ‘true administrator’ so I can’t get her to re-share it.
If there is any possible solutions, I would be more than grateful.
Thanks!

Hi there,
What site do you need help with, please? The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here was only created three days ago and does not own any sites.

Hi,
The site I need to get into is youthactionfilmfestival.org
I had editing rights on my old account, which should be this account, just with the email, user, and password changed.

The account you’re logged into right now was just created a few days ago, not changed from an existing account.
Are you able to log in as youthactionfilm instead?
If that was not your username, can you let us know what it was?
