changed user name but blog won’t/ didn’t change (used jetpack)

    please can someone show me how to adjust my blog name to my user iamraiven.wordpress.com, because for some reason it didn’t change, when I changed it in jetpack…frustrating

    (side note: also I have a custom domain I just want to merge it, or whatever the word is? (sorry so new to this) but after reading it said this can’t be done for first 60 days so ‘connect’ instead which then came up with a huge £84 bill to transfer & host, I didn’t want to pay I just wanted to redirect what little traffic ill get to my site, so ill wait the 60 days if I have to I didn’t realize it would change me to attach a domain I had to buy and pay for too????)
    anyway, that’s secondary, I changed my name, its iamraiven, my page is I AM RAIVEN (title) the WordPress isn’t, its still showing as old blog name ( similar but not right) please help so it matches please I looks at instructions and it said I should have been given options, I wasn’t it just asked me if I was sure….. this was in jetpack app, on phone!, its my primary account too if you need to know anyway PLEASE help!!….. and if explaining please make it easy, I’m getting older now lol thanks

    Hi there:

    Under your account, you currently have two WordPress sites:

    1. thisisraiven.wordpress.com
    2. iamraiven.wordpress.com

    Since iamraiven.wordpress.com already exists, you can’t change your thisisraiven.wordpress.com site to use that URL.

    Can you give us more information about what you want the end result to be here? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.

    Regarding using a custom domain, yes, you need to purchase one of our paid plans to use that domain as your primary domain. However, the Personal plan would be enough of an upgrade to accomplish that instead of the Premium plan. The Premium plan does give you more features, but to use a custom domain, the Personal plan would be sufficient.
