Changed username, chose wrong option, now can't retrieve old posts, help!!!

  I changed my username. I didn’t understand the options and chose yes to utilise the current blog, which I thought would just change the name and keep my old posts. But it’s now removed the entire site and I have a changed site with a new user name but without my posts from the other site!!! All my posts are gone!!!!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
