Changed Username, Lost Blog

Add topic to favorites
This is embarrassing… I changed my WordPress username and didn’t click any of the buttons for transferring blogs over since I didn’t really understand what they meant.

I seem to have lost all my blogs, but they are still live (I can type in the URL and view them) and now that I’m in the help forum I can still reference them. Any ideas on how to link them back up to my account?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please let me be clear without sounding terse. :) Note what macmanx asked above. The fact of the matter is that no one can help either cmmarzi or you until you two post the URL for the blog you are referring to starting with the prefix http://

Actually, that blog still belongs to the username that you’re currently using.

Try accessing https://robmccord.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

Same thing just happened to me – very annoyed at myself

Blog that was originally registered was http://towardsapositivefuture.wordpress.com

Okay I hate being really dumb sometimes – the blog isn’t listed under my blogs but I can still edit the wordpress site….

Then I checked “My blogs” at the top and the blog was listed there

I logged out to log back into see if it would stay like that upon loggin back in

Password wasn’t accepted so had to change that

And now everything is back to normal!

I changed my username (while tired – don’t make changes while tired) – and now I figured it out… I CAN get into my blog, they ARE associated with my new username, but my dashboard does NOT list my blogs. I have 3. None show up. If I want to edit them I have to do a roundabout way of logging in to wordpress, then go to the blog, then click design or whatever to edit it. How to fix this?

I wanted to A) apologize for double-posting (didn’t mean to) and B) say that it appears to have resolved itself. Patience is a virtue.

I logged in, went back to my original blog (by the URL), and suddenly everything showed up normal. Then I clicked “My Blogs” and nothing showed up in the list. After maybe a day or several hours of sitting like that, it went back to normal.

Now when I log in, everything’s fine.

erm same thing happened to me? my blog is arsenalpreview.wordpress.com and i changed my username to arsnlpreview and cant see my blog under ‘My Blogs’? help :(
