  I do not see any recent history of upgrades under your account. What subscription are you wanting to purchase? The link @Timethief provided will assist you in setting up your credit card information:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-credit-card-details/

  But since there isn’t anything to renew, you can just go ahead and purchase a new subscription and your CC details will be added automatically if you keep auto renew enabled.
