Changed WordPress URL acceidently

  Hello,
  Somehow I deleted the wordpress url that was the same name as my blog and now I cannot access my blog at all I was changing the name and accidently entered it in that field now it is like my blog never exisited. How can I get back to it? I am not very tech savvy and do not want to start over again.. =(
