When I accessed the site this morning through the admin portal and tried to edit one of the posts I was given a window that didn’t allow me to do that. The message 404 came up like there was no content in that spot. What happened? Is my site now disabled? All my content reads error 404. How do I get my content back?

When I look up the whois for your site, it looks like it is hosted by some other organization. Look at the name servers near the bottom of the long list on the left: https://who.godaddy.com/whoisstd.aspx?domain=changegeorgia.com&prog_id=GoDaddy

Okay, it seems like this has no connection to WordPress.COM (a web hosting company for WordPress sites.). It looks like you have a web hosting account with some other company. I just went to changegeorgia.com and got a prompt to set up your WordPress site. To see what would happen, I entered my information and kicked off the installation, and ended up back at square one. It looks like the installation script isn’t working correctly. Talk to your web hosting provider about getting help, or search the forums at WordPress.ORG (the organization that creates the WordPress software) here: https://wordpress.org/support/
