Changeing background image on just one page

  Hi there,

  I’ve not used word press for a whole, but just creating a new site. I’m using massimo theme, and on just one page I want to have a background image, rather than coloured background, with text blocks to have a background of 50%.
  I can add a background image, and if I change the blocks colour they change, but if it try and make them transparent it doesn’t make that change. Any idea why?
