    I would like to change the url link of my site but impossible, I have tried everything

    What site’s address are you trying to change? You no longer own the domain, cerjet.com, as you cancelled that domain and your business plan in September last year.

    If you want to change the free address, cerjet.wordpress.com, we will first need to change your site back to how it was before you installed plugins on it. This will also cause all content you added to the site since installing plugins to be lost.

    Please let us know how you want to proceed.
