Change/rename WP folder?

Hi, is there a step-by-step guide to changing the name of your wordpress folder? My folder name is “draft” and I’d like to change it to “mine” and, of course, work and look the same The info I have found doesn’t seem to work i.e., go to Settings, General, new url, etc., I’ve even installed wp under the new folder name, then changed the draft folder name to the new folder name; have ftp’d all info – in short, no go. I am using an installed template plus one new plug in, dropdown menus. Can anybody direct me to a link with these instructions? I do have ftp capabilities.

There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs like the one linked to your username. We cannot upload themes or install plugins into free hosted WordPress.com blogs. http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
