  I have cancelled my subscription from Feb, but the benefits have already been removed including username (includes. .wordpress). Can this be looked into? Thank you.

  I restored the Premium Plan back to your account with the expiration set for 2/12/24. Auto-renew has been disabled, so you will no longer be charged for the subscription. Please let us know if you have any questions.
