Changes don't reflect when editing

  I’m having trouble with formatting etc. When I add a space or gap between sections when saved it doesn’t reflect in the preview or saved version. That happens on static pages (as it is a site as opposed to a blog) & when I add a post. With posts if I’m very careful at the outset to set spaces etc it’s ok but mostly you need at some stage to make changes & they just don’t reflect. Very annoying. I haven’t had this problem before in the whole year been on WP. Any thing I’m doing wrong? Any ideas?
  ( I have tried clearing the cache, deleting browsing history & all of that but makes no difference).

  the site’s not published yet so is set to private. Please say if I need to change that as in you need to look at it.
