changes i make or customize is not working

  i am a new user . whatever changes i am making on through my dashboard like customize a theme, post, pages etc nothing is working and the when i click on update or publish it shows updating and does not work at all . I see so many posts which i have not posted from my dashboard.It was woking fine earlier but from today morning it does not accept any changes i am making from my dashboard.
