Changes in General Settings Don’t Implement Unless I Change Themes

    I’m new to WordPress … but not new to building simple websites.

    Here’s the problem.

    If I change anything under General Settings, for instance I want to change the name of my blog, and I hit “Save Changes” … NO CHANGES appear on my website.

    However, IF I change the “Theme” … then the changes indeed do appear.

    My host is Yahoo … and they’ve been trying to help, but the only thing that seems to work is if they delete all the files under blogwp-contentcache. However, that’s only a one-time deal and the problem happens again immediately.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
