Changes made in admin aren't applied, and the admin bar is missing

    Hi, any changes that are made in the admin bar are not carried through to the actual website. Also, the admin bar is missing when we go out of the admin section. How can we fix this?

    It seems that your site (chinanovel.net) is not hosted on WordPress.COM. Your site is hosted on SiteGround with a software install of WordPress.ORG which means that it is not applicable to this forum.

    It would be better suited for you to ask this question at https://WordPress.org/support/ for a more accurate answer. If you don’t have a WordPress.ORG account you’ll need to create one. Your WordPress.COM account won’t work there.
