changes made to my Ebay inserts after a sale on wordpress

Hello, everytime I have a sale through the wordpress site it changes the product page on my Ebay store, it should only change the inventory amounts, it removes all the photos from the main page and puts the wordpress page on the description page, which adds links, which Ebay does not allow, I have already changed the settings ‘link handling’ and also locked all the listings, what am I doing wrong ? please help

I’m afraid that we can’t help directly because your site is not with WordPress.com managed hosting. As such, we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.
Instead, your host uses open-source WordPress.org software, which differs from what we offer here on WordPress.com.
