Changes Not Loading

I am still building my website, which means I am adding content and photos, etc. Two days ago, changes I made to my pages are still not showing up when I preview the website, and some of the content I placed in one location are showing up published in another. Viewed a couple of tutorials that suggest I need to empty the cache to get the page to load properly, but I cannot find that option in any menu. Any ideas how to fix this issue? I am not a super techie, but I do have general knowledge. Any help will be deeply appreciated, and thanks!

https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/In addition to this, what are some of the things that you changed that we should be seeing on your blog? After taking a quick glance at your blog I don’t see anything that looks out of place so maybe the changes have all taken at this point.
A quick note from the article, the option for clearing the cache is usually under settings of most browers. On Chrome for example, there is a 3-dot menu in the upper right of the screen and you will have to click on “Settings” > “Advanced” > “Clear browsing data” and then you can select “Clear cache”

@gregariousbadger: Thank you for the info! I tried clearing the cache, but it did not fix the issue. What I am seeing now is a few things which did not take from the editing page (where I see my changes made, which have been saved). I added “text widgets” to my sidebar, which are not showing up on the live site, even though I see them in my edited version. I also added my logo to the home page, and it is not there on the live version. Under menus, I added “title attributes” which are not there, either. What I am finding is that I can see these changes only when I look at my site under the “customize” option for “Themes.” How can I get my changes from there to show on the live version? Thanks again for the help!
