Changes not saving

  I’m new to this site and I’ve been having problems with my changes not saving. I make sure to hit the save button and then I’ll exit. When I come back later all my latest changes are gone. Do you have any suggestions?

  Hi there,

  Is this when editing a post/page, in the site editor at Appearance ->Edit, or in the Customizer at Appearance ->Customize?

  If it’s a post/page, can you tell me the title? It’s possible the changes might be auto-saved in the revision history, so you can try checking there:

  Are you only working in a single browser on a single device, or are you perhaps making some changes via the mobile app, and some via the browser on your computer?

  And after hitting the save button, do you see a notification appear saying “Post saved/updated”? If you’re not seeing that, it’s not saving. In that case, please check if clearing your browser cache or using another browser makes any difference:
