Changes not saving after activating pendant theme

  I have activated the new pendant theme, however, the changes are not being saved.
  in addition, why won’t the site identity not change too even after editing and saving settings?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)
