Changes to blog not appearing?

  When I go in to customize my blog and add the changes I want and save it, it doesn’t seem to save the changes when i go in to view my blog… I then go in to customize again, and the changes I made before are still there! Why is this? How can I apply the changes so I can see them when I visit or read my blog?

  The theme I’m using is “Forever”

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The Customizer is really just a preview of what you can do with the Custom CSS upgrade. You can’t save it till you pay.

  So I need a .com blog instead of a wordpress.com blog?

  No, you need the Custom Design upgrade if you want to save the customizations. Each upgrade here applies literally only to what it says.
