Changes to cloudy blue sky

  After exhausting all avenues, pulling my hair out and not succeeding … please help! This is the website I have put together http://theragames.com/test/
  I have removed the sidebar but would like the one column now to take up the page – or at least be wider and would also like to know if anyone knows whether to not I can stop the drop down box when I click on “Games” in the menu bar above.
  I cannot tell you how grateful I am for your help!
