Changes to my menu
-
Hi,
1. I’ve noticed that the theme I chose changes when the browser’s window is small. The menu shifts from the left to the right and the font goes from black (color) to grey. This is also how it looks in mobile, I find it very hard to read and almost impossible to navigate, specially from my phone.
I quite like how it looks on web when the browser’s window is large. How can I stop it from shifting this way, and maybe hide behind a button instead? So that when people clic on the bottom the menu is displayed as it was originally intended: as a list, with black letters. It would be great if this applied for both mobile and a small browser window.
2. How can I control the spaces in between the items on my menu so it looks more clearly organized?
3. How can I block the hoover effect for the custom links on my menu that are “#” destined, hence meant only as titles and not actual links.
Thanks! Answers to one or more of these questions will be greatly appreciated.

The mobile ready theme is a default theme and a completely different theme that you do not need to enable, if your theme is listed as a responsive layout theme here https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/features/responsive-layout/
The mobile default theme is provided for those who run older themes that aren’t the gold standard which is responsive layout.
A responsive layout theme adapts to different screen sizes so that your website will work (and be optimized for) iPhones, iPads, Android and other mobile devices. When responsive width themes are viewed on mobiles sidebars appear below the posts in order to provide as much space as possible for reading.
When we use a responsive theme we disable the mobile theme. Go to >Dashboard > Appearance > Mobile and disable the mobile theme

* Replace NAME_OF_BLOG withe the actual name of your blog in that URL.

@juanabravo, I’m going to have to think about what to do with the menu in order to make it usable on mobile. Nothing that has occurred to me so far is going to make it much better. Let me do some playing around and see what I can come up with.
