Changes to my page not seen

Hi,
I cannot see the changes that I do on my webpage. I tried to change a menu item and design of the page. The changes are not seen of the life page, although they to appear in the dashboard and were saved. I tried disabling all cache plugins, tried troubleshooting mode and cleared cache from all my browsers. I also tried opening the page on a new computer. Changes are not seen anywhere.
*I am using WPML plugin and WooCommerce. If that is in any way relevant.Can somebody please help me?

It seems that you are using WordPress software hosted with https://www.hitrost.com/ rather than WordPress.com.Since this is a forum for WordPress.com users only, please post your further inquiries on WordPress.org community forum here:

Before you do that, try cleaning the Autoptimize plugin cache, or any other you might have installed and open your website in the incognito window or the browser you don’t usually use to view the website.
