changin time zone of 2 blogs

  please help me to change time zone fro default, London UK to Toronto, Canada, same as Boston MA, UT-5
  WHERE do I find the drop-down menu to do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It’s on the Settings->General page of each blog.
