  Hello. I want to change my e-mail adress on the account setting, and it doesn’t let me to do that. I want to change it to (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Could you help me do that?

  Once you’ve entered a new email address and clicked “Save Account Settings,” you’ll receive an email at the new address with a confirmation link. You must click the confirmation link to confirm the change and update the email on your account.

  If you contact us for help, we will require an email from the address registered with the account as this proves account ownership. Otherwise, we cannot help.

  i’ve contacted them but it gets me on the forums again…
  i didn’t receive any email confirmation to change my email adress.

  What I can do is e-mail the address you provided and all you would need to do is respond from that e-mail to verify ownership. Then, I will definitely be able to assist you in updating your e-mail.
