Changing a blog name but unsure of the ownership

  I’m the new communications person for a school group. I recently got put in charge of the blog and want to change the name, but when I try to follow the instructions from “http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/”>here the “change blog address” doesn’t appear when I hover over the name of the blog.

  I think that means I’m not the owner, but how do I tell? I don’t know who originally set up the blog because it’s been more than two years, which means they’ve graduated.

  I want to change “http://lwbguatemala2010.wordpress.com/” to http://lwbmcgill.wordpress.com
