Changing a domain to another wordpress site

    I have purchased the domain name ranatarakji.com from Godaddy and have registered it to a wordpress website that I no longer have access to. Recently, I have been trying to register the domain name ranatarkji.com to my new wordpress site but I keep receiving an error stating that this domain is already registered to another wordpress site. However, I believe that old wordpress site is no longer working and/or I no longer have access to it. Thus, how can I connect ranatarakji.com to my new wordpress site rainatee.wordpress.com?
