changing a page to a post

Help please, how do i change a page to a post and will it keep the comments posted on it or will it loose them ?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no automatic way to do this. It’s a copy and paste move. Previous to the Recent update to commenting see:

we were able to move comments by copying and pasting. The process we used is in this post under “moving comments”. I do not know if that will work now or not.
