Changing a picture

So when I share my blog, say in a facebook message, beside the link there is a picture of my face. This picture is not my profile picture nor is it any of the galleries I have. I’m unsure where to find/change this picture on my account settings. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We have no control over the images that Twitter, Facebook or any other social networks chooses to display or when they choose to flush their image caches. We really only send them the URL of the post, and they hunt through that for the excerpt and images to include.
