changing a picture in sidebar

  In the right side bar of my blog a picture ( same as my avatar) was shown. It was in all my blogposts and on the Welcome- and About-me-page. I wanted to change it, so I deleted the old one ( by removing the Original from my photobucket) I uploaded a new picture to my mediafile.. Now I am unable to find where to add/insert the new picture. Where must I do the editing?
