Changing a theme

  Have just found a new theme – Flambeau – on this site – http://www.freethemelayouts.com/

  I have saved it, but when I go into my blog, I can’t see how to apply it and change it from the current one.
  Any ideas please?

  The only themes we can use on WordPress.com are the ones you find here:
  http://wordpress.com/themes/

  or on your dashboard (the same themes):
  dashboard—>appearance—>themes

  The theme you found online is for
  WordPress.ORG not
  WordPress.COM
