Changing a username with Contact Support

  Well, I did everything it said on http://support.wordpress.com/change-your-username/ page, but I’m not sure what I am supposed to put in the “I did, I saw, I put” fields.

  Help?

  You want “I did, I saw, I put” as your username that’s displayed when you comment on people’s blogs?

  Did you follow the exact steps listed there, including typing the name, then saving and then looking at the dropdown menu?
