Changing a WordPress domain to another wordpress domain

  How can I change my wordpress.com domain from something.wordpress.com to something else.wordpress.com?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you want to change your site domain, please follow the written guideline here:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  Remember that once you change the address, you will never be able to use that name again as the deletion is permanent. Also, you can only change your site URL one time, so be sure to choose a name that you want to keep. Good luck and If you have any additional questions about how to do this, please let me know.
