changing accent color in sapphire

  I purchased the CSS upgrade and I do have a small amount of html experience (tinkered with other blogs) but I am having trouble figuring out how to simply change the color of the font in the sidebar, the category and the comments. It is currently orange and I’d like it to be some sort of blue. But I can’t quite figure out which part of the stylesheet represents this orange. All I can see are #000 and I assume that is the black bits.
