Changing Account Email

I am trying to change my account email from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff). Unfortunately when I try to change it, I get a response saying that the gmail account is already in existence even though I deleted that account. Is there anyway you can help me switch the email account on file?

Hi –
I’m not finding any account connected with that email address.
Please try clearing out your browser cache and then re submitting the email change request. Let’s see if that does the trick.

After using a different browser I was able to resubmit the change of email. Thanks for the help!
