Changing admin email didn’t send link

    Tried to update admin email but website never sent verification link to the new email address

    Hi there,

    I don’t see any recent email change requests on the WordPress.com account you used to post here, and you logged into this account for the first time in five years only a few minutes before creating this forum thread.

    If you’re trying to change the admin account email for a stand-alone WordPress site at another host, that email is being sent by your WordPress installation on your host’s servers, and has nothing to do with WordPress.com.

    In that case you’ll want to ask for advice from the WordPress.org community instead at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, as they provide support for that version of WordPress.

    Thanks for the response, I received the support I needed & my admin email has been updated.
