Changing Administration Email Address

  I’m trying to change my Administration Email Address, and it says ‘There is a pending change of the admin email to (my email address)’ but I checked all my folders and I have not received an email. What should I do?

  Hi @julia20763f5106, I had the same issue before. First, check if the new email address was typed correctly. Look in your spam or junk folder for the confirmation email. If you don’t find it, go to Settings > General and cancel the pending change. Then try to change the email again. If it still doesn’t work, contact WP.com support for help.

  Thank you! I completed all those steps but it still didn’t work. When I contacted support they said they wouldn’t help me unless I had a paid account. Did you encounter this issue? Thanks again!
