Changing Administrator

  A friend currently runs my bands blog for us but i am taking this over. I have recently joined WordPress. How does he transfer the Administrator function for our blog to me?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is a process for transferring a blog to another username account. First you must log in under the username account that registered the blog.
